01 Who we are, and what this policy covers

, doing business as Divine Brand Marketing, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. Divine Brand Marketing is a brand ecosystem and visibility agency founded by Farhana Cannon and established in 2011 as iMedia Exposure.

This policy governs your access to and use of divinebrandmarketing.com, including all content, functionality, and services offered on or through it, whether you visit as a guest or as a client. It also covers the email, SMS, and other electronic messages between you and us.

Please read it before you use the site. By using the site, you accept this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site.

02 Children under the age of 13

Our site is not intended for children under 13, and no one under 13 may provide information to or on it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the site, register, make a purchase, or send us any information about yourself.

If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete it. If you believe we may hold information about a child under 13, write to [email protected].

03 Types of information we collect about you

Information you provide to us. Our site offers several places to share information with us. We collect what you provide by filling out forms, taking the Brand Style Quiz, applying or booking a call, responding to a survey, leaving feedback, and ordering a product or service. This typically includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the answers you give us.

Information we collect automatically. As you navigate the site, we use cookies, pixels, server logs, and analytics software to collect information about your equipment and browsing patterns — your approximate location, the pages you view, the paths you take through the site, and details such as your device type, internet connection, IP address, operating system, and browser.

Information collected automatically is used as statistical data and to improve the site and our services. Where you have also given us personal information, our systems may associate the two.

04 Cookies and pixels

Like other commercial websites, ours uses a standard technology called cookies, along with server logs, to gather information about how the site is used — the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent on the site, and your IP address.

A cookie is a very small text file, often holding an anonymous identifier, that a site asks permission to store on your device. Each site can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser settings allow it, and — to protect your privacy — your browser lets a site read only the cookies it set itself, not those set by other sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work as intended.

Social media pixels

What it does

Deliver pages, submit forms, and keep the site secure.

Record visits and traffic so we can monitor performance and security.

Measure traffic and page performance in aggregate.

Let social platforms tailor the advertising you see there.

05 Third-party use of cookies

Some content and applications on the site, including advertisements, are served by third parties — advertisers, ad networks, content providers, and application providers. Those third parties may use cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies to collect information about you, which may be associated with your personal information or gathered across time and across other websites and services, and may be used to show you interest-based advertising or other targeted content.

We do not control these third-party technologies or how they are used. If you have a question about an advertisement or a piece of targeted content, please contact the provider responsible for it directly.

06 Email information and policies

If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your messages, your email address, and our replies. We give those communications the same protection we give information received by mail or telephone. The same applies when you sign up through a form on the site or make a purchase.

We keep your email address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscriber lists, and we do not disclose your email address to third parties except as described in the section on disclosure below.

In keeping with the CAN-SPAM Act, every email we send states clearly who it is from, provides a way to contact us, and carries an unsubscribe link. You may opt out of our newsletter or promotional messages at any time by using that link, and if you have any trouble, write to [email protected] and we will remove you.

07 SMS information and policies

If you give us your phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages from Divine Brand Marketing, you agree to receive marketing messages, reminders, event notifications, and related information by SMS. This is a one-time opt-in, and messages recur until you opt out.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will then receive one confirmation message telling you that you have been unsubscribed.

Message frequency depends on the program or event you signed up for — during a challenge or a live event, for example, you may receive a reminder each day. Messages may include offers, updates, and alerts related to our services. Standard message rates from your carrier may apply.

08 Why we collect information

We collect your information to record and support your participation in whatever you have chosen — downloading a resource, taking the quiz, joining the newsletter, booking a call, attending an event, or purchasing a service. We use it to keep track of your preferences and to keep you informed about what you have asked to receive, along with related services.

As a visitor, you can move through most of the site without giving us any personal information at all.

If you request a free resource, register for a training, webinar, or live event, or purchase from us, we will also add you to our email list. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

09 How we use the information you provide

We use personal information to present the site and its contents to you, to answer your enquiries, to deliver the services and products you engage us for, to keep you informed about your purchases and subscriptions, to carry out our agreement with you, to provide client care, and to administer our business.

From time to time we may use your information to show you offers, including offers for products and services from third parties for which we may receive a commission. If you choose to take up such an offer, the third party will receive your information.

We may also use your information to show you advertising tailored to your interests and activity.

10 Disclosure of your information

As a general rule, we do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the information we collect from you. We disclose it only in these circumstances:

  • to the affiliates and service providers who help us deliver our services — including GoHighLevel, which hosts our site, CRM, calendars, email, and SMS, and Stripe, which processes payments;

  • to a third party such as a lawyer or collection agency, in order to enforce our terms or another agreement between us;

  • to a successor in interest, in the event of a merger, restructuring, dissolution, or sale of some or all of our business or assets;

  • where we are legally compelled to do so, or where we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

11 How we protect your information

We use commercially reasonable methods to protect the information you give us and the information we collect automatically, including standard security protocols and working only with reputable vendors.

Email is not a secure medium, so we ask that you not send private information to us by email. You may do so, but at your own risk. Information entered on our site may be transmitted securely over SSL, and card details are never transmitted by email.

We use software to produce summary statistics — how many people visit each part of the site, which information is of most and least interest, and where technical problems arise — and to monitor network traffic for unauthorised attempts to change information or cause damage.

12 Your rights and choices

As a user of this site, you may ask us to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you;

  • correct anything that is wrong;

  • delete your information;

  • restrict or stop our processing of it, or send you a portable copy;

  • withdraw a consent you previously gave, which does not affect processing that already took place.

We keep the information you give us until you ask us to delete it, or until keeping it no longer serves the purpose it was collected for. We ask only for the information reasonably needed to work with you, and we will never make unnecessary processing a condition of working together.

To make any of these requests, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the authority responsible for data protection where you live.

13 Do Not Track requests

Some browsers let you send a Do Not Track request to the sites you visit. There is no industry or legal standard for how a site should answer that request, so we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

14 Changes to this policy

We post any change to this policy on this page. If we make a material change to how we treat personal information, we will tell you by email to the address we hold for you, or by a notice on the site. The date this policy was last edited appears at the top of the page. Please keep your email address with us current, and check back here from time to time.
